Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to all bookings made with Travorbit Global Private Limited, hereafter
referred to as "the Company".
1. Cancellation by Customer:
1.1. If you cancel your booking for a package or any other service with the Company, the following
cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the departure date: 20% of the total booking cost will be
retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 1 day of the departure date: No refund will be provided.
1.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the following:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request being approved by
the Company.
1.3. Refunds are subject to any cancellation fees or penalties imposed by third-party suppliers, such
as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Cancellation by the Company:
2.1. In the event that the Company cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as
natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient demand, customers will be entitled to a full refund.
2.2. Refunds will be processed according to the following:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of the cancellation notification being sent by the
Company.
3. Failure to Travel:
3.1. If you fail to travel on the scheduled departure date without prior notification to the Company,
no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the booking.
4. Refund Requests:
4.1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Company's customer service
department.
4.2. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed by the Company within a reasonable
timeframe.
5. Exceptions:
5.1. The Company reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case
basis, depending on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation or request for a refund.

By booking a package or any other service with the Company, you acknowledge that you have read,
